    It was as expected, had a memorable stay for 2 nights. Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were amazing and fantastic, location was awesome almost in the center of the city. The pool was good and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the main bar.

    Breakfast with a side of chaos

    The room offered fine views and a cozy atmosphere. Every morning started with delicious Taiwanese snacks was great.

    Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was chaotic. With so many people and a lack of organization, it was hard to enjoy the food.

    Excellent spa treatments were a highlight.

    The level of service was unacceptable. I experienced a clogged bathroom drain that took staff an eternity to fix, causing a mess in my room. To add insult to injury, I faced rude treatment from the pool staff, and my coffee order was completely forgotten by the buffet restaurant staff. They even wrote down my room number incorrectly multiple times, infuriating.

    Ideal choice for a weekend escape in Taipei with great value. The rooftop pool with warm water was a perfect relaxer after a long day. Don't miss out on the Bubble tea croissant from the pastry shop in the lobby.

    I had a fantastic stay! The spacious Deluxe King Room offered a lovely view, and I adored the breakfast buffet with its mouthwatering variety. The rooftop pool was a highlight too! I would definitely return.

    Great stay with room for improvement

    The staff here are super friendly and helpful! We loved the installed kids club, perfect for our little ones. The breakfast was tasty and convenient, too. One thing though, the rooms feel kinda dated and we had a bit of trouble securing a breakfast seat for our group. But overall, we had a nice time!

    The regent has a wonderful location, very close to main station and lots of shopping. Our superior king room was spacious with a great bed. Staff like nicole and erica were amazing. They helped with our itinerary and made dinner reservations. The spa was also a highlight with excellent treatment options.

    I stayed in a Beautiful King Room and it was spacious and super comfy. The bed was amazing, really great for sleeping after a long day. The bathroom was clean and modern, nice. We got a fantastic view of Taipei 101. The only thing is that the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. It was a good spot to relax after exploring the city.
